THE SHORT VERSION
I run enterprise platform implementations for a publicly traded software company, and I led a seven-figure enterprise SaaS procurement before that. My proving ground was the version of this work with compliance regimes and public consequences attached — which is a harder problem than most enterprise rollouts, not an unrelated one.
