How Strativue works

You can, and the tooling is the easy part now. We've watched an organization buy one of the most capable data platforms on the market, bring in a Big Four firm to implement it, and two years later still not be able to answer "are we on track?" in under a week. More technology than they needed, less agreement than they required. The hard part is getting three levels of an organization to agree on what "at risk" means, who owns the number, and what cadence everyone lives by. There's no software answer to that — which is why we sell it as a service, not a license.

We run enterprise platform implementations for a publicly traded software company, and led a seven-figure enterprise SaaS procurement before that. What's different about our background is that we learned this discipline in an environment where a wrong status report has consequences that show up in the news. That standard travels well.

Because a one-time fix decays. The reason your reporting drifted is that cadence erodes under pressure — the week everyone's busy is the week status slips, and that's exactly the week you need it. The subscription is what holds the discipline in place.

Your tools tell you what each team reported. They don't tell you whether those reports agree — and that's a different problem, one no dashboard fixes by adding another chart. A platform is only as reliable as the discipline behind who updates it, when, and what "amber" means to the person entering it.
